Health is not Just About What We Eat But Also About What We Think!

Health, one of the major issues in our day to day life. When it comes to health people sound more cautious than anything else, after all, it deserves this attention, as is said by pre-Socratic Greek philosopher Thales, ”A sound mind lies in a sound body.”
Have you ever wondered, what counts on good health? Most of you will answer, the right diet! But that’s not completely true, as the behavioral aspect stands an equal say in case of health.

Snacks Time
Eating Eating Eating!

Why is it so, a person who behaves positively is treated in a better way than an ill-mannered person? Is there any criteria to decide such behavior? The answer to such questions isn’t simple, as you never know whether a person is faking or real and even an ill-mannered person isn’t the same every time, maybe frustration or arrogance landed him in behaving rudely. But that for sure indicates, a person’s behavior determines his/her health in the society, the way you think and the way you react in a certain situation. Society will always criticize you for your bad actions and tag you as an unhealthy crap though that was temporary. It is like when you were trying to build a healthy “you” by preventing spicy foods or that extra piece of “Rasagulla”, you missed ‘thinking’ about what you were ‘thinking’ and ‘saying’ then, as Yolanda Blue beautifully quotes “Health is not just about what you’re eating but also about what you’re saying and thinking .”

Think! Think!

The way you try to put others before you is the thought that just left you pondering about the opinion of that person. Being an optimistic person, I always seek goodness around and that helps me change my perspective about others. Similarly, as a person, you need to figure out the factors that are affecting your life daily. Moreover, health is how you feel about yourself and the way you feel about others. Always having negative thoughts in your mind will let you go deeper in the ditch and end up suffocating, fighting against your thoughts and will-power. This is how thoughts affect a person rashly, but you could have reverted this if you had been with a group of people sharing good thoughts and releasing positive energy to cheer you up.

So it was about thinking now coming to what you are saying or speaking, how does it affect health?

Around the globe, everyone has a right to speak but that doesn’t give you the freedom to spread hatred by words, it means people will always look at you while you are speaking, is it in their favor or against? If you continue being frustrated and let it ruin your speech in public or society you will suffer. No one is going to follow your lead or let you stay in touch with them, this is how a person with a communicable disease is treated, so does that mean our thoughts are like communicable diseases? A big fat thumbs up, because your behavior always depends on your company, on the people you are spending most of your time with. An individual gulping hatred isn’t unhealthy alone, but creating an unhealthy environment for the people around, as a whole affecting the world. A healthy person is the one with a good intellect and a ‘sweet’ tongue.

Here comes, the thought process, try it out in your life and thanks me later :
Just stick to a goal, decide to never give away, and feel yourself winning each day; you will observe a positive energy in yourself that will help you thrive for achieving your goal each day.

“This is how your thoughts build or break you.”
